MIDDLETOWN – Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange and Sullivan Counties are offering a variety of virtual parenting workshops this Winter and Spring. Parenting can be stressful, and these workshops aim to provide support and resources for families navigating the challenges of raising children.
The programs cover a range of topics, including child development, effective communication strategies, and techniques for managing stress. Designed for parents and caregivers of children at all stages, these workshops will equip participants with practical tools to foster a positive family environment.
In addition to addressing common parenting concerns, the workshops also emphasize the importance of self-care for parents. By enhancing their own well-being, caregivers can create a more nurturing atmosphere for their children.
Participants can expect engaging presentations, interactive discussions, and the opportunity to connect with other parents facing similar challenges. Registration is now open, and families are encouraged to take advantage of these valuable resources to enhance their parenting journey.
